Since its launch in 2004, CIOB Singapore has played an important role in the region by organising events and seminars relevant to the industry and has established a close link with the National University of Singapore and its master degree programme in construction management. CIOB Singapore has so far organised seminars and talks in areas such as "Public Private Partnership" and has co-organised alongside CIOB Hong Kong and CIOB China a workshops on "Legal Issues in the Project Management".

CIOB Singapore provides a vital contribution in the promotion of professionalism and education in the area and its growing membership represents professional and academic achievement in the construction industry as well as a wealth of knowldge and expertise in the area.
